good landlord lawyer in Wisconsin

Anybody have any recommendations for a good landlord lawyer in Wisconsin?  I am in western Wi across from the twin cities.  I have a situation (that I posted on another thread) where my renter is willing to pay half, in one lump sum, if I will build a garage on the property.  I am open to the idea and have some thoughts on how to structure it, but would obviously like to run it by a lawyer to make sure I'm not missing anything.
