Chula Vista Dells condos

Wondering if anyone has an experience owning a condo at Chula Vista and using their management company to rent it out. I’ve heard their rental fee is 40% which seems massively high and also that they have created their own discount club, thereby lowering rates owners receive. Just looking for any thoughts positive/negative on owning and renting one of these condos.
