CAN'T find any Hard Money Lenders ( HMLs ) in Memphis,TN area

Good Morning,

Can someone in either the Tennessee and or Shelby County area ) , recommend any Hard Money Lenders please ?

It is literally like finding a needle in a Haystack trying to find one.

I Don't really want to use a Big Corporate HML, as I'd prefer to use one who is ..... 1. Local 2. Knows the area better 3. Can hopefully give me better Rates and will be able to work with me on financing these Properties
