Recommendation for property managers

Interested to hear about your experiences with different property managers in Birmingham area and looking to get some solid recommendations.

I have talked to a few but don't really like what I see in the terms they sent me. Full of loopholes and avenues to charge landlord with extra money.

    Unfortunately managers interest doesn't always align with ours. They make money when we lose tenants. They make money when we have to spend it to make repairs. And so on.

   That being said I have a very good experience with April with Hart Seil. And very bad personal experience with Decas group.
