Hi Everyone - I just passed my state/national real estate exam yesterday!  Whoop whoop, and now I am ready to start connecting with some contractors and lenders in the area.  I've already started making some calls, but are there some great ones out there you would recommend?  I am partial to the Central/Downtown phoenix area.
