New Real Estate Agent

Posted

Hello,

My name is Justin Magallanes with RE/MAX Excalibur out of Tucson, Arizona. I have been a real estate agent for a little over a month and I just closed on a REO. It was an amazing experience to actually deal with escrow officers, sending over paperwork and helping my clients acquire the property. This was my clients first fix and flip property and it was my first real estate transaction. As someone new in the real estate industry that is trying to become a real estate investor one day. What is some advice that an investor can share in what they look for in an agent? If you are in the Tucson, Arizona area I would love to treat you to a cup of coffee or lunch to learn more about the investing side of real estate. I hope you all have an amazing day!!

Network as much as you can. The more people who have your number on deck the better. Also you having resources on hand that people need along their house buying journey.

Lenders, appraisers, referral agents, cash buyers , contractors, electricians etc..

Try to become a one stop shop in your local area.
