Sober, living house, operators in San Antonio TX
I have a big nice house Four bedroom 2 1/2 bath house in San Antonio that is in a fair neighborhood without an HAO.
I do not want to personally manage a sober living house, but was curious if it would be worth my time to rent it to an organization that manages that sort of thing.
Can anyone make any recommendations concerning an organization that would be interested in renting this property?
