Finding a Prison List

Hi all! My partner and I were listening to a podcast here on BP and they mentioned finding a list of motivated sellers that may be in jail/prison. We're having a hard time finding additional info on where to find this list so we can start marketing to them in the NYC area. Any ideas or suggestions on where to find this list?

The reason most people are in prison is their difficulty being honest with themselves. Amazingly, they wil lie to others! No, really, they do!

Another challenge us that they don't have assets or a way to spend money in prison very well. Cigarettes, perhaps.

I suggest you look for assets in distress and some will be owned by persons in prison. These are very difficult people to deal with and complicated family situations may remain. Once you determine an asset's owner in incarcerated, you'll need to determine if in jail (short term) or longer term prison (one year or more).

There's a lot to consider in this niche. Crazy people. Angry people. People who are not rooted in reality. Be very careful.
