Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place or proper way to share this but I wanted to share a potential property in my neighborhood for investors. It is currently a rental and could really use an owner that would take pride in the property. If it's anything like the other houses in the neighborhood it is a 3br 1bath just about 1000sqft. It's mostly an eye sore and has had um... Interesting tenants from time to time. I don't know how likely the owner is open to selling but I just wanted to give the tip. I've linked a property also on the same block that was a total gut job and recently sold in the 130s.
