Check out podcast 182.  I think this will be right up your alley.  Also, Jack and Gino have there own podcast which is solely dedicated to multi family apartment buildings.  They interview commercial brokers, lenders, tax advisers etc....  They explain what newbies need to do, and how they should go about doing it.
