I sent a direct mail campaign - now what?
First - I have yet to send a campaign BUT I am hoping to have a discussion as to the steps BP'ers follow after your campaign was sent.
I see plenty of information regarding the creation of targeted campaigns etc., but not very much on what to expect after it gets mailed.
Lets assume you get a call back on a property - what now?
