Anyone own multifamily properties and having success finding subsidies and tax incentives through implementing green initiatives?
My specific group of properties is in Kentucky. We are trying to take the first steps to improve the property through changing boilers, replacing toilets and windows and are curious if anyone has partnered this with the above. If so, what was the initial steps you took?
