Off market deals (MS gulf coast, Biloxi , ocean springs)

Hello fellow investors. I'm looking for tips on finding off market deals on the MS Gulf Coast. The market here is very hot right now and any deals that hit the MLS are under contract within 24-48 hours. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Has anyone had success with direct mail in this market?

@Domonic Hopson I'm not familiar with the MS Gulf Coast area, but if you have the money and commitment, direct mail is a great solution. You could also: 

1) Call on Craigslist

2) Door knock/driving for dollars

Now I see you aren't local, so scratch #2. If you can find investor-friendly Realtors, call them and see what they say. Best of luck!
