My 2018 Goals and the New Tax Law

Bob E.

As we approach the end of 2017 many people will be thinking about their real estate and other goals for next year.

For 2018 my goal was, interestingly enough, to buy nothing, but instead spend the year paying off debt and and scheduling capital improvements on the properties we already have, building up cash reserves and preparing for the next downturn.  Now with the new tax law I am wondering if I should reconsider?

What are everyone else goals for 2018?   Has the new tax law affected your plans or strategy yet?
