I am a new investor in the Maryland/DC area.  Can anyone make suggestions/recommendations on finding deals in new development areas?  I am looking at an area that will be developing a new hospital and new commercial and residential areas.  How should I seek opportunities in existing properties (SFHs and small multifamily units) in the area?
