I currently have several properties being rented out as part of a group home. I'm in the process of purchasing another property that can house several tenants and considering leasing this new property to be subleased or rented out as a group home. Anyone currently working with group homes? Any suggestions on which would be better?
@Dana Carmon That is what I do. Have the company on the lease, not the individuals. In the lease say they can sublet, which is the opposite of what most leases say.

I own a Group Home/Boarding Home here in Houston. Does any of you own any properties in Houston or Missouri City, TX that you will lease out to me for my business? Or do you plan to buy any properties in preferably 77071 or 77459 but I will consider wherever your property is located.
