Youd absolutely benefit from having a RE license. One example is having access to the MLS, which is basically Zillow on steroids. Another example would be access to foreclosures and lock boxes, you don't have to worry about someone else making time for you to check out these properties. Not to mention, if you were to close on an investment property you could basically pay yourself the buyers agent commission.
