Hello, my name is Dev, I am a new to BP. My wife and I have two young kids and we’re looking to get out of our current situation. I want to buy a primary residence first, possibly fixer upper, short sale purchase. Does anyone have any short sale experience that they can share, possibly strategies buying without all cash offers?
