Should I sell my paid off multi family house
Hey everybody. First post here on Bp.
New to the game other than reading rich dad and cash flow quadrant. I purchased a single family home with cash two years ago. This was before I started learning about real estate. This is my question: should I rent my home for the decent cash flow or sell the house and use that to purchase one or more multi family homes? Thanx for your input.
