Advice Needed - Land Contract

I need some advice, please.

I'm new to REI, so I'm having some difficulty configuring a deal. This would be a transaction for myself (and my husband). Just trying to figure out a way that we can actually do it!

We want to relocate to another area and have found a 6-acre piece of property listed for $130K.

We have no liquid money to put down (but could possibly take a very small loan). We would like to put a contract on the property, put our current residence on the market and then relocate to a temporary home in the area where the vacant property is located while we build (perhaps a house hack).

Is there a way to put a contract on the land and make it contingent on the sale of our present home?

Thanks in advance!
