Management for Assisted Living needed in Texas

I have looked into creating Assisted Living homes in Texas. I have had a number of homes 3000 sqft plus that could be converted/ used. I had the wherewithal to start one, but no desire to personally manage one. Has anyone had success hiring out the management ect? 

Any insight would be helpful.
