In need of Guidance - Investment Bankers
Looking to expand our Real Estate investment portfolio with the help of other investors but not clear where to start. Currently own and/or manage 4 properties as Short Term flip and hold investments in the #1 STR market in the country, Scottsdale, AZ. Have interested parties but not sure how to structure the investment portfolio. Need some basic investment banking 101 on this subject. Help
