Get properties and pay NO taxes by not recording the deed
This is an interesting article about a guy that buys rundown properties in Dayton, Ohio and pays no taxes on them. Eventually he hopes that the banks will just give him the properties instead of dealing with all the issues. My guess is that he will lose them eventually. You can only game the system so long.
