Driftr travels investment program?

I want to know if anyone on here has first hand experience with the Driftr Travels investment program. How has your experience been? Have you had slow months where you had to cover the rent? The program is essentially a long term rental I agree to rent for 3-5 years. Locations are picked by drifter travels. I give them 10k deposit per unit and then am responsible for the monthly rent. Drifter travels then sublets the unit out as short term and vacation rentals. Based on the numbers they gave me it's a 100% return on my initial investment annually for the next 3-5years.
