CaIs it Legal to House Hack 2 Duplexes in One Deal?
Coming across a deal where 2 duplexes in the same s/d are for sale by the same owner. Is is possible to purchase both of them in one deal (4 units total) and do a house hack? Asking this because I know in-law units can be used for house hacking for single family and was wondering if a similar process could be done here, even though the 2 in this situation wouldn’t be on the same lot.
