Wholesaling Vs. Rental Units

@Desman Donaldson, you can't compare the two. Wholesaling is a BUSINESS, just like being a real estate broker/agent, a mortgage broker, etc. Purchasing a rental property is an INVESTMENT, with the potential for passive income, tax write-offs, appreciation, and leverage.
