Skip Tracing an Out of Country Owner

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to figure out how to get in contact with the co-owner of a property who lives out of the country (he lives in Haiti). His ex-wife is here in Miami, and she's looking to sell a property that they jointly own. She doesn't have any mailing or contact information for him, and i've tried to find him on social media with no luck.

Are there any skip tracing services that can locate contact information for people outside of the US?

Any thoughts or creative solutions are greatly appreciated!
