You may have to negotiate your own deferred deal with the bank to weather the storm but residential rentals will be in higher demand then ever once the sun comes back out.  Commercial and office space is in real trouble so stay away from that.  Unlike residential, commercial, retail and office space IS optional and for all the obvious reasons, tenants have discovered what they suspected for a long time.  You can do 100% of your commerce over the Internet and employees can work efficiently from home.  Ozzie Fishman, Fortunes Property Management.
