Hey guys!

Just wondering if anyone has had any success with finding motivated sellers using a new, unconventional method.. I've heard of ring less voicemail, text message marketing, direct mailing, and drive for $.  Just curious, would like to try something new with my business.  All replies are much appreciated! =)
