Wholesaling with a trustee attached
Good morning, I’m working on wholesaling a home but after doing my research on the property, there is a trustee attached to the home along with the home owner?
Should I be contacting the home owner or the trustee in regards to getting a deal done?
This is under charter territory when coming across a trustee. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
