Investing in Syndications

Hi everyone! I was looking for syndications in the US to invest in. I am a non-accredited investor. Would you recommend any in particular?

I`ve also considered investing in crowfunding. Which is the difference between a syndication and crowfunding platform? Is one better than the other?

Thanks!

Replied

You've got to weed out a lot of newbie sponsors when offerings are for non-accredited investors but not impossible to find reputable ones.

Here's a helpful website that did a lot of work for you thanks to @Ian Ippolito

(list made in 2020 but before Covid)

Good luck!
