A move to Denver-Seeking to house hack

Sketching the idea for a move to Denver for 2022, sometime in June/July. I’ll be looking to rent, either a unit in a multi family or small apt complex. Open to having a roommate, to share a 2bd/2br. I have a large, but friendly dog. Let’s connect! I would love to explore options, thank you!

Hey @Ryan Sports! Congrats on making the decision to move out west! Denver is a great place to be and has plenty to do - whether you're into the great outdoors, craft breweries, or art, there is something for everyone!

Are you in a position to buy? If so, your house hacking idea would be a great move! Buy a 3 bed 2 bath home, rent two of your rooms, charge enough to cover your mortgage, live for free, gain equity and start building wealth! Sounds like a great idea to me.

I'd be happy to chat more if you're interested!
