Lender for 20% down on small multi in Little Rock AR

Hi guys,

I am interested in investing in small 2-4 unit multi in Little Rock AR. However my usual lender doesn't work in AR so I want to look for some local lenders that can help me. Most lenders require minimum 25% down, but I am particularly interested in 20% down so my cash isn't all tied up and I can use the extra cash to deal with contingencies. Can you please drop me some local lenders that are great to work with?
