FINALLY LANDED MY FIRST DEAL. NOW WHAT? HOW CAN I FIND BUYERS?

Good Day To Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and see if I can get some good advice from the Bigger Pockets family. After months of trying I have finally submitted an offer that was accepted and landed my first property under contract. Now, I am having a bit of trouble looking for buyers. Does anyone know the best method in which I can pursue or find buyers? Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you everyone.

Go to sheriff sales and check out who's bidding

Ask a real estate agent to send you all the properties sold near your property for cash in the past 12 months

Go to your local REI and network

Post it on BP market place

Call the bandit signs in your area (they are either wholesalers who know buyers or they are cash buyers themselves)
