-Locations: 90043, 08, 56, 62, 44, 47, 302, 305.

-Preforeclosure, short sales, probates, and any type of really distressed property (the more distressed the better if it's at the right price).

-In terms of a specific house, there isn't specific criteria. However, we do love to add beds and baths to existing 2/1 dwellings to increase the value. As long as the price supports the fact that we can add that value. As you know, anything is a deal at the right price.
