Living & Investing in Torrence

Hey everybody, my sister is currently looking for a place in Torrence, to live and invest in.

I don't know the area, but have had family there for awhile, but most of the places she sends me details on wouldn't seem to be a profitable place to own cashflow wise(how I am mainly looking at it).

Is this area more of an appreciation area right now, or are the properties she is finding just not the right ones?

Thanks!

Alan

Hi Alan, this is my neck of the woods! Cash flow is difficult and can depend on what kind of financing your sister will be doing and also what kind of property she's looking for. What specifically is she looking for? Also, do you have a good contact that can send you off-market or pre-market deals? Typically, in my experience, the best deals go off market because they're bought and sold through agent/investor connections.
