Hey guys, the last mortgage broker who got me my first duplex is too busy and impossible to get a hold of...  I'm looking for someone who can take a look at my credit / taxes and give me some ball park estimates of what I can afford. I have two I really like. 

One is Maro Gaboudian, under home street bank and very easy to communicate with.

another is Mark Cohen He has the personality type of dealing with numbers but not so much with people, if you get my drift. Advantage... he is so damn good with numbers and putting difficult deals together. 

So talk to them both and see what they can do for you. 

I hope it works out. Sorry, your lender is busy, but also, awesome he's busy. I am sure you helped him with referrals. haha

I highly recommend Mario Gandara, Mario graduated with a degree in economics from UCLA and then continued to graduate with a JD/MBA from the University of Washington.  Both programs rank within the top 20 in the nation.  Mario is smart, on point and professional.  I can PM you his contact info.
