Does anyone know of a consultant or RE agent I could consult with on the viability of purchasing a property in Redondo Beach to be used as an AirBnb property?
Alternatively is there anyone currently doing airbnb hosting in R.B. and how is your experience with the city permits/enforcement been?
What I am trying to understand is what R.B.'s government's zoning/permissible policy is on airbnb properties.
I live in RB and I believe Airbnb is not permitted. I don’t have the exact zoning code but any rentals under 30 days are non permissible.
As @Tammy Skeath mentioned it's not allowed and both the city and the residents are fighting those doing it illegally. I consider RB as a hostile city for any STR
To confirm a model that would be permissible would be, corporate rentals based on a minimum of 1 month stay periods?
