Looking for duplex or triplex investment
Hi BP friends! I'm new to the site and have found some really great resources here. I'm in process of selling my first condo in LA. I want to re-invest the profit into a multi-family in North County of SD. I'm specifically looking for a 2 or 3 unit property.
