Who are your favorite / least favorite Design + Build shops in SD

Need help getting to 2-3 design / build contractors to help me with a custom home build. I am looking into a land purchase with the intent of building and need recommendations for people who do plans, pull permits, and build. It seems like there are a lot of remodelers that say they do new construction, so I figured I should ask around here first.
