What is the market like in San Diego?

Hi Guys!

I am doing some market research for a client who is looking to invest in Southern California. Can anyone tell me what the market is like in San Diego? What zipcodes/counties are good starting point for wholesaleing? Also, what lead categories have you seen success with? (i.e. vacants, absentee owner, pre-foreclosures etc.)  Any market information/help is appreciated!
