Looking for a local lender for OOS investing

Hey everyone - hope the week is off to a good start! I'm looking for recommendations for lenders that are based in San Diego (plus plus if they're in North County) that work with clients who invest out of state, and are licensed in south, southeast, and midwest states. 

I initially was set on working with a lender local to the market I want to invest in, but I'd like to explore some options local to me as well.
