I just want to introduce myself to the BP community. I live and work in San Diego, and buy rental properties in Little Rock. I closed on my first SFH in January 2020, and have scaled to seven SFHs. I've used a mix of turnkey, conventional financing with light rehab, and BRRR. I'm looking to grow my portfolio and network with you all!
