How do you maintain balance with exercise/workout routine?

Goooood mornin’ BP!

Question for you all! This is directly unrelated to real estate, but indirectly related to succeeding in it! Health is such an important aspect to maintain balance in your life in addition to relationships, business etc. I just really dug into this recently and started going to the gym regularly after a good friend helped me put together a routine after I didn’t even stretch for at least 3 years. It has made a large change in how I feel, having another level of mental clarity when working out, and a little bit of confidence as well. I definitely will be implementing the food/diet into that mix as well in the future :).

How do you like to implement exercise into your life?

Happy Saturday!

-Kyle

I lift weights 3X a week and have been ever since I was in my early-20s (before my early-20s I worked out off and on). Lifting weights helps a lot with my level of stress.

I need to up the cardio; having a dog to walk/go on hikes with is what I need to do.

I eat healthier than 98% of the population but can always improve on that. I do my best to stay away from sugar, dairy and gluten as it causes inflammation in my body and don't drink much alcohol.
