Any sault Ste Marie investors?

Id love to get to know and build relationships with a mentor.

I have organized my weekdays in a way where I can spend 2/3 hrs after my 10hr shift to learn real estate. I usually spend my entire weekends learning about it from bigger pockets, learning to underwrite and evaluate, learning financing etc. I understand the importance of time so i do not want to waste anyones time. I would like to serve and learn. 

Id love to come help on the weekends for rehab work or any assistance in your endeavours.
