Flipper Line of Credit - Does such a Loan product Exist
It is predicted that the number of foreclosures will increase and I would like to capitalize on this as a mechanism to acquire properties. Looking for mechanisms where I can get money to get foreclosures under contract without having to know the exact property in advance. Is there a such thing as a flipper line of credit where the property information can be filled in at later date?
