Hey Everyone, my name is Grace! I'm incredibly grateful for this platform a friend referred me to. Just a little background on me, my small team and I are new to everything RE and we are focusing on wholesaling at the moment. We just got our first property under contract in Dallas, TX. The property works best as a tear down and rebuild with a very high ARV. So far we are having trouble finding the right buyers. How would yall approach locating this niche of buyers? What would yall do if you were in my shoes?
