For those of you actively investing, what’s the biggest roadblock you run into when trying to secure financing for your projects?

Hi @Juanna Allyms - There are always more deals than money for deals - even with private and hard money lenders willing to provide 100% financing. But especially when having to put 10% to 20% down, plus closing costs.
