Investment tips and finding a brokerage to work for as a new real estate salesperson

I am looking to invest in property to invest in, I recently took my real estate test to gain more knowledge in the field. I am thinking fixing and flipping or maybe investing in a duplex. I would also like to gain knowledge on Land, Commercial. Anyone have advise on investing and what's the best strategies or investment in this market.I am looking into Atlanta, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina. I would also like to find a brokerage to work with anyone have any tips on finding a brokerage.
