Moving back to Refinance

I currently have an investment property that I was thinking about selling. One option was that one of my tenants is moving out and I was planning on moving in. Once I’m there I have the option to do a cash out refinance. The only issue is that will I be required to live there for a long time before I can move out. I don’t have any options with my living situation. I’ll accept your feedback! Thanks in advance.
